Unsigned gouache painting from India titled Court Scene, in the Moghul dynasty style (1526–1857), from the 19th century, measuring 43 by 32 cm and sold with a frame.

The painting depicts a court scene. The Mughal School developed during the Mughal Dynasty and was shaped by both Hindu and Islamic artists, who combined Indian traditions with Persian influences. The work is made on silk and enriched with gold enamel.
Dimensions: 43 x 32 cm
Dimensions with frame: 32 x 22 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing workshop, celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we use restorers from the industry association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, please let us know.
