Della Goinne, Crafts I No reserve, oil on canvas, original edition, 2026, 80 × 65 cm, still life, signed on the reverse, provenance: artist's studio, Spain, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Artist: Della Goinne (Spain, 1989)
Title: Young Caesar II
Year: 2026
Technique: Oil on canvas
Dimensions: 80 × 65 cm (height × width)
Support: Canvas on stretcher, unframed
Description of the work: Geometric-language painting that takes as reference a childish paper folding craft—folded, cut, and unfolded. The composition preserves that symmetrical and repetitive logic typical of the manual gesture, but it is reinterpreted through faceted planes that transform the fragile and ephemeral into a solid, almost sculptural structure.
The palette, dominated by blues and greens with ochre nuances, builds a contained atmosphere where light does not describe, but articulates the volumes. The elements seem suspended, generating a delicate balance between order and vibration.
The work thus sits between playfulness and formality, elevating a quotidian childhood gesture to a more abstract and reflective visual language.
Signature: Hand-signed on the reverse
Condition: Very good. No damage or restorations
Edition: Unique work
Provenance: Artist’s studio
Shipping: Professional packing and protected shipping
Della Goinne is the line of work under which Spanish artist Carmen Morillo develops a production oriented toward exploring pictorial language as a material, autonomous object. Beginning from a solid foundation in figuration and realism, this series focuses on reducing the image to its essential qualities: volume, gesture, and presence.
Her work has been recognized in national painting competitions and forms part of a consolidated trajectory within contemporary pictorial practice in Spain.
