About the work:
Vasarely’s pursuit of perfection imposes an absolute quality standard that only the presses of Basel printers could meet at the time.
Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions Du Griffon, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the realization, distribution and dissemination of 19 albums and 12 screen prints compiling the range of his works.
This unique edition from a portfolio was imagined and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and with the same concern for quality, Editions Du Griffon gave exceptional care to these series of albums printed in the 1970s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
