Description from the seller
Ruud Lanfermeijer is a Dutch artist born in Amsterdam (ca. 1956) who creates paintings in oil and acrylic and is also active in interactive art and performance. He combines visual art with installations, theatre and music projects, with social relevance and audience engagement at the center. In addition, he taught for many years in interactive performance design at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht.
His oil paintings often carry a personal and emotional charge, in which he experiments with form and material without completely losing the recognisability of the image. These canvases are intended to move the viewer both visually and emotionally and invite reflection and interpretation.
Dimensions of the work: 66 x 116 cm
Viewing is of course possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing shop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary year. Furthermore, we work with restorers from the professional association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
