Description from the seller
Ruud Lanfermeijer is a Dutch artist born in Amsterdam (circa 1956) who makes paintings in oil and acrylic and is also active in interactive art and performance. He combines visual art with installations, theater and music projects, with social relevance and audience involvement central. In addition he taught for many years in interactive performance design at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht.
His oil paintings often have a personal and emotional charge, in which he experiments with form and material without completely losing the recognizability of the image. These canvases are intended to move the viewer both visually and emotionally and invite reflection and interpretation.
Dimensions of the work: 100 x 80 cm
Viewing is of course possible. Additionally we have our own in-house frame shop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary year. Furthermore we make use of restorers from the professional association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
