Description from the seller

Jerzy Dmitruk, born in 1960 in Sępopol, Poland, is a versatile artist who works in painting, graphics, illustration and book design. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, where he graduated in 1986 from the Department of Painting under the supervision of Professor Juliusz Joniak. In addition, he pursued training in intaglio techniques with Professor A. Pietsch and in book and typography with lecturer R. Bonaszewski at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the same academy.

Dmitruk is known for his large formats, where he reduces composition elements to geometric shapes. His graphic series, such as "Siewca Plonów" (The Sower of Harvest), "Życie Malarza" (The Life of the Painter) and "Ogród Pierwszej Miłości" (The Garden of the First Love), demonstrate his unique style and vision. His works are part of the collections of, among others, the National Museum in Krakow, the Silesian Museum in Katowice and the Nowy Sącz District Museum. In addition, his works can be found in private collections both in Poland and internationally.

Dimensions: 120 x 100

Viewing is of course possible. In addition we have our own in-house framing shop, celebrating its 85th anniversary year. Furthermore we use restorers from the trade association: "Restauratoren Nederland". If you would like to make use of this, we would of course be happy to hear.
