Cartier Trinity fountain pen, gold plated, 13.6 cm long and 1 cm in diameter, made in France in the mid-20th century, serial number 11669, in good used condition with minor signs of wear and in working order.
Description from the seller
The piece is presented in very good overall condition, maintaining an outstanding aesthetic presence and an intense gold shine, typical of Cartier's original plating. The body preserves the sharp definition of the geometric engraving characteristic of the Trinity collection, with well-marked edges and no significant wear on the relief.
Ultraslight surface micro-scratches consistent with occasional use and the passage of time are observed, visible only under close inspection and direct light. No dents, dings, or significant loss of plating are evident. The inscription “Cartier Paris” on the top of the cap is perfectly legible and well preserved.
The section and the nib show a clean, aligned appearance, with no visible deformations. The assembly maintains proper structural symmetry and a firm fit, conveying a sense of solidity and quality.
Overall, this is a carefully preserved piece, ideal for both collection and use, with minimal signs of handling that do not affect its aesthetics or functionality at all.
It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation.
