AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Aket's growing importance in the art world was reinforced when he was selected by Coca-Cola for their global MASTERPIECE campaign as well as the limited edition urban art campaign of 8.6, thus confirming his status as a reference in artistic circles. Aket Kubic continues to pursue an experimental and playful approach to art, using his creations to explore and present personalities and topics with a style close to cubism. His unique approach to daily life and cubism, combined with playful experimentation, ensures him a premier place in contemporary art.

This piece is part of the artist's solo exhibition, titled "des moments presque ordinaires".

Aket Kubic takes us into the heart of a cubist universe where reality is broken down and reassembled through geometric shapes. The artist leads us into a visual choreography where colors clash and harmoniously complement each other. Like a journey, every work becomes an adventure, a bold exploration of the dimensions of the imagination. The dynamic scenes, populated by stylized figures each bearing the mark of a unique expression captured in angular lines. In the spirit of Verne's inventions that transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, Aket Kubic's works invite us to rethink our own realities, to see magic in the details.

Artist's text:
I dreamed of the hut as small, yet it has always remained unfinished.

Even as an adult I placed it here as a memory of a promise shaped in the imagination

At the start, I had envisioned a real structure, something tangible and sturdy.

Then I told myself that the idea of a hut was far more appealing, like a floating island in an ocean of possibilities.

It is this idea of simplicity that I like: an invitation to escape, to daydream.
