ALFREDO PIERRO was born in 1976 in Solofra in Irpinia, in southern Italy, and lives and works in the province of Padua.
He studied at the Istituto Statale d’Arte, Graphic Advertising and Photography section, and at the Accademia di Belle Arti, Painting section. He earned a specialization in Graphic Advertising and Photography at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna.
He worked from 1999 to 2003 at various graphic studios in Bologna, producing work for well-known brands and internationally significant creative interventions.
He obtained qualification to teach technical graphic subjects.
During these years he experimented with many artistic and printing techniques, in continuous pursuit of expressing his creativity, until he found abstract painting to be his language of choice.
The works of Alfredo Pierro are now part of many collections not only in Europe.
