“Waves” is a sculpture that explores movement as an essential form. From a manually worked aluminum sheet, the piece creates a light, dynamic structure that seems to expand into space.
The curves and folds organize the air around it, turning the intangible into visible form. Matter becomes subtle, almost immaterial, in a balance between tension and fluidity.
The polychrome wooden base acts as a stable counterpoint, anchoring the piece while the upper volume suggests displacement, vibration, and continuous transformation.
The work proposes an interpretation of space as something active, where the essential is not mass, but the movement that passes through it.
