Tran Thi Thu Hien is a Vietnamese painter, born November 18, 1973 in the coastal city of Phan Thiet.
The fact that she hails from Phan Thiet, a city known for its beaches, red sand dunes, and Cham cultural heritage, suggests that her natal environment may have played an important role in shaping her artistic sensibility, particularly in her use of bright colors and luminous themes.
