Gianluca Chiodi - Myopia 2

Gianluca Chiodi, born in 1966, grew up between Milan and Reggio Emilia. His passion for photography and his skillful use of light allowed him to begin working for the advertising world, without neglecting the constant search for new “points of view,” original and introspective. Since 2003, Chiodi has devoted himself completely to Art, always expressing himself through photography but contaminating it with other techniques, including painting, to gradually arrive at installation.
This is a work from 2002 that participated in the Arte Prize 2005. The photographs are shot on film and printed analogically.
