Description from the seller
ONE DAY WITH SOFÍA is a triptych of 70x100 cm paintings by contemporary artist Ernest García. In these works, the story unfolds in three moments, as if the day breathes through it. In the first scene, Sofía rests. Her body, abandoned on the sofa, merges with the intense colors around her. There is silence, an intimate pause where the outside world is suspended. It is the moment to withdraw, to inhabit oneself without hurry.
In the center, the day begins to open. Sitting in front of a table, with a thoughtful expression, Sofía seems to dialogue with herself. Light enters more decisively, colors order themselves, and the scene gains a more conscious pulse. It is the time of contemplation, of thought, that moment when something is decided without the need for words.
In the last image, Sofía moves. She walks with determination, dressed in red, crossing the city as if she has already chosen her course. The reflection on the ground suggests that everything is in transit: the day, the emotion, the very identity.
The triptych thus builds a subtle journey: from rest to awakening, from interior to exterior, from stillness to movement. “One Day with Sofía” is not only a sequence, but a feeling: that of accompanying the invisible rhythm of a life that unfolds, step by step, in the changing light of the day.

The work is offered directly by E. García (no frame), guaranteeing its authenticity with a certificate signed by the artist himself.
