As with the plates, the graphic works are not smooth surfaces either: with a refined dry intaglio technique, Valentini presses the paper so that the drawing remains in relief relative to the plane. The subjects of these engravings are the same as those of the plates; only the technique varies: it runs from aquatint to etching to drypoint.
