This is Batch Number 1 !!

To make this Balvenie Tun 1509, which was inspired by the success of the Tun 1401, David Stewart selected small samples from 41 of the distillery's most precious casks. Then, he left them to marry for 3 months in the Tun 1509 located in the distillery's no. 24 cellar. To be even more precise, this blend was made from samples taken from 34 American oak casks and 7 sherry casks.
