Description from the seller
"Pink Lilly" is a still life flower created in the studio of photographer Ursula van de Bunte. It concerns a print on high-quality Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper and it is mounted on aluminum. The size of the photo is 40x60 cm and it concerns the second edition of 12 copies.
In the still lifes of Van de Bunte, everyday objects take on a new role. They are loosened from usefulness and function and appear as pure forms: silent, present, almost vulnerable. Through the soft light, the sober composition, and the attention to skin, surface, glass, and ceramics, a still world emerges in which time slows down. The photographer works with the latest Hasselblad equipment and creates her photography from a studio located in a monumental building in the Hanseatic city of Kampen. Her work is presented in museums, galleries, and at art fairs.
