Le Avventure di Topolino Frassinelli nn. 1 e 2 - 2 Comic - First edition - 1932

The first two Mickey Mouse books published in Italy by Frassinelli in Turin, 1932. Hardcover, 22x16 cm. 40 pages, with illustrations taken from the cartoons and texts translated by Cesare Pavese. The famous Disney mouse began his fortunate publishing adventure right in Turin. Already in 1930, on the pages of “L'Illustrazione del Popolo” appeared the first daily strips of “Topolino Emulo di Lindbergh.” In 1932, Franco Antonicelli oversaw for Frassinelli the publication of the first two Italian volumes dedicated to Mickey Mouse’s Adventures. The translations are entrusted to Cesare Pavese. First volume in good condition with marginal yellowing. Second volume in excellent condition. Presented in a wholly cloth amateur case.
