This high-quality lot combines a brand-new reference book and a traditional naval art object.
This exceptional lot includes:
1. The art book "Le Clemenceau 1957-1997" by Vice-Admiral Roger Vercken (SPE Editions). A complete and richly illustrated reference work on the ship's history, construction, and life.
• Condition: Strictly BRAND NEW and still sealed in its original plastic film (blister). An immaculate copy, ideal for a collector.
2. A traditional mouth plaque (medal of tradition) in solid bronze art. Mounted on a high-quality varnished wooden base. Size 19.5 cm
• Description: It features a magnificent roaring tiger in high relief (referring to Georges Clemenceau's nickname, "The Tiger"), above the inscription "CLEMENCEAU". The bronze relief is striking.
• Authentication: The bronze is signed by the artist "A. CHARENTON" and authenticated on the back by the original label of the military insignia workshop "Aux Fondeurs Réunis" (La Trinité).
• Condition: Very good condition, with a beautiful patina.
