Alexander van Noort was born in the Netherlands in 1953. His father was the artist Adriaen Cornelis van Noort. He is famous for painting seascapes and tulip fields and was also known as the last painter of the Hague School. A.F. van Noort was taught by his father and is known for his impressionistic style. They worked and exhibited together.

Hij is beroemd vanwege het schilderen van strandgezichten en bollenvelden en stond ook bekend als de laatste schilder van de Haagse School. A.F. van Noort werd onderwezen door zijn vader en staat bekend om zijn impressionistische stijl. Ze werkten en exposeerden ook samen.
