Fern presents Trigar Garden, a 2026 unique steel sculpture with an oxide finish, 44 cm wide, 70 cm high and 23 cm deep, weighing 6.4 kg, signed with a chisel, originating from Spain, in excellent condition, with a certificate of authenticity, prepared to bolt to a base and suitable for exterior or interior display.
Description from the seller
Finished sculpture in rust, designed for outdoor placement but also suitable for indoors.
Ready to be screwed to a base or plinth if necessary.
This work arises from the deepest place, from that invisible territory where emotions beat. Each angle is a gesture, each fold a pause; a dialogue between strength and beauty. Upon contemplating it, a quiet current emerges that envelops the space and awakens the gaze, inviting us to inhabit life with intensity, with presence, with inner fire.
Forged in 4 mm thick steel sheets, joined in a delicate balance between tension and harmony, between matter and emotion.
Certificate of authenticity attached.
Shipping insured.
Fern is the pseudonym used by the sculptor Clavo and the sculptor Carmen Lop when they work together.
Both sculptors work with metal forging, primarily iron and steel.
The techniques they mainly use are forging and welding.
Their styles range from figurative to abstract, passing through pop art.
They place great importance on technique, artisanal work, to make a good sculpture.
They have participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, mainly national.
They have received separate awards, notably the "Premio de escultura urbana Ciudad de Ávila" in 2006 and the "Memorial a las Victimas de la Violencia Machista" in Zaragoza 2016.
They admire Spanish sculptors such as Martín Chirino, Jorge Oteiza, Eduardo Chillida, or Julio González.
