"Veiled Portrait" is a work that explores the boundary between identity and decoration. A face hides under a wide-brimmed hat, concealing the gaze and transforming the figure into a mysterious icon. The white skin and red lips emerge as sharp contrasts, while the floral and geometric motifs that dress the dress and hat expand like an ornamental mask.
The composition is theatrical and vibrant. Color patches of red, blue, yellow, green, and black intertwine with the background of colored blocks, creating a visual landscape that dissolves the figure into the surface.
