German-made Montblanc Meisterstück 146 fountain pen with black precious resin body and cap, gold-plated trim, 14K EF nib, piston filling, 14.2 cm long and 1.3 cm in diameter, serial DD1148419, in good used condition with light signs of wear and fully functional, comes with the original box.
Description from the seller
The pen is presented in very good overall condition, preserving the classic elegance and the characteristic presence of the Montblanc Meisterstück 146.
The body and cap in black precious resin retain a deep, uniform shine. There are light superficial signs of use, visible only under close inspection and against the light, typical of a piece that has been carefully used and in keeping with its age. No cracks, fissures, or dents are observed.
The gold-plated elements, including the clip and decorative rings, are in good condition, with a present shine and slight cosmetic wear consistent with the passage of time, with no material loss or deformations. The inscription “MEISTERSTÜCK” on the central ring remains legible and well defined.
The Montblanc emblem at the top of the cap is complete, well preserved, and firmly integrated.
The 14 kt solid gold nib, point EF, is aligned, clean, and in very good condition, with no deformities or visible damage. The ebonite feed is intact. The stroke is fine, precise, and regular, in accordance with the indicated point.
The piston-filling system works correctly, with smooth travel and good seal.
Overall, this is a well-preserved, functional, and aesthetically very attractive piece, ideal for everyday high-level use as well as for collection, especially interesting for its EF point and balanced condition.
The pen comes with the original branded box for proper preservation.
