Here is an image of the original (acrylic on canvas) from 1994 shown. In A WAR IN THE WATER, Rizzi dedicates himself to water polo, one of the most demanding sports.
A beautiful print from the 1996 catalog RÊVES DE SPORT, created for the 100th Olympic Games (James Rizzi was an official artist of the Olympic Games). Edition unknown. Catalog is out of print.
Very good condition of the print. Newly framed with mat.

Rizzi was a 3D artist; his art is particularly popular in the USA, Switzerland, Germany and Japan. After the artist's death, works are increasingly hard to find. He follows the great pop art artists such as Haring, Warhol and Lichtenstein. Artwork similar to Charles Fazzino.
