Andrea Racciatti, original acrylic on canvas titled 'Magic Forest'-XXL (2026), 90 × 120 cm, Neo-expressionism, spring scene, country of origin Spain, signed by hand on the back, with certificate of authenticity, shipped rolled in a cardboard tube without a frame.
Description from the seller
Technical data:
"Magic Forest", acrylic on canvas, 2026.
The canvas painting is designed to be stretched on a 90 x 120 cm stretcher. The canvas measures about 5 cm more on each side to be able to stretch it correctly on the frame.
Shipping is done by rolling the canvas around a cardboard tube, protected, inside a packing box to prevent damage and reduce shipping costs. The painting is sent without a stretcher or frame.
The painting is original and unique, and is signed by the artist on the back of the canvas.
The certificate of authenticity is attached.
The photos available in the gallery give an idea of how the painting would look in different environments. The close-up detail photos also allow the painting technique to be appreciated.
The colors of the painting may present a slight variation on screen, depending on the photo and the monitor calibration used to view it. Differences in the materiality of the paint may also be observed, as I seek the richness and vibrancy of color through the layering of coats.
It is recommended to take the painting to a specialized place to be stretched on a frame so that it is mounted correctly.

Statement:
My training is in painting, but in practice I have sought different ways to express my ideas. I work by producing series based on a single idea or “theme” that interests me. Sometimes, series are built within a larger “theme” where each one, together, forms a whole.
The painting "Magic Forest" is part of a series I have been working on in which I observe people alone or in company in parks in different cities. I observe them and photograph the scene without being seen, to then interpret it in my studio.
The images of faceless beings parade among the greenery, light and shadows of that depicted nature, embodying the various forms of expressions of love, or sometimes simply announcing their loss or nostalgia of pleasure.
Literary text and photography are generally the supports of my practice; they function as triggers of ideas and thoughts that materialize in my drawings and paintings.
I believe in art as a tool of personal and social transformation.
I am interested in my work being referenced and entering into dialogue with issues that are common to everyone, as inhabitants of the same world, affected by the same imaginaries, symbols and dreams.
