Boogie-woogie by Mattia Omini, 2026, acrylic and enamel on canvas measuring 70 by 100 cm, an original unique work signed in white acrylic at the lower right, unframed and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Mattia Omini is a Roman artist, born in 1997, who comes from the world of street art. The artistic project arises from the need to leave a physical, imperfect, free mark. He has carried out several murals on commission and pursues a study of composition that is always different; it is the main element of the project: a mark that moves, bends, repeats, breaks and recomposes itself. Sometimes it becomes a figure, sometimes a pattern; he puts all subjects on the same level, almost depersonalizing them.
The work
Boogie-woogie, 2026
Acrylic and enamel on canvas
70 × 100 cm (canvas)
Frame: not present
Depth: standard canvas on stretcher (about 2–4 cm)
Signed “Omini” in the lower right, in white acrylic
Unique piece
Artist's private collection
Certificate of Authenticity
Work in overall excellent condition. Painting surface intact, with no cracks or obvious restorations
Shipped on stretcher. Professional protective packaging included. Possibility of framed shipment on request
“Boogie-woogie” explores the relationship between visual rhythm and compositional tension through an abstract language based on sharp contrasts. The alternation between solids and voids generates a dynamic reminiscent of the musical structure from which the work takes its name, combining geometric rigor and intuitive gesture.
