Pro176 (1976) presents Cyber Zenda, an original acrylic on canvas artwork from 2026, hand-signed with a back-side inscription, framed in a caisse américaine, Original edition, 65 × 54 cm, portrait in a graffiti and science‑fiction style from France, with certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
The Paris gallery CHENUS LONGHI presents “Cyber Zenda”, an original canvas work by the artist Pro176, which comes with its certificate of authenticity.
Pro176 unfolds here an immediately recognizable universe, at the crossroads of graffiti, comics and science fiction. The female figure, built from fragments and color blocks, seems as if traversed by a digital energy. Indeed, it has been about twelve years that Pro176 has been playing with glitch aesthetics. After several series composed of distortions and even moving into abstraction, Pro176 has returned to a more figurative and cubist language. We highly recommend this typical canvas by Pro176, an essential and historic figure of the graffiti movement.
- Original signed and dated work on the front, counter-signed and dated on the back;
- Framed in an American-style cradle frame;
- Comes with its certificate of authenticity;
- Very careful packing;
- Shipped with insurance and tracking;
- If you reside in the Paris region, you can pick up the work directly at our gallery located in the 11th arrondissement.
About the artist
Pro176 is a major figure in French graffiti. He began in the early 1990s, the foundational period of the graffiti scene in Île-de-France. Member of the UB (Ultra Boys) and GT (Grim Team) collectives, he actively contributed to the growth of writing in France, developing a powerful and immediately identifiable style.
Over the years, his work evolved toward a more personal language, blending abstraction, letterforms and figures nourished by the world of comics and American visual culture, to which influences from science fiction were added. On canvas as on the street, he builds dynamic compositions where forms fragment and recombine, conveying a pursuit of movement, energy and visual storytelling.
Today, Pro176 stands as an indispensable artist, at the crossroads of graffiti and urban contemporary art, with a rich, ever-evolving body of work.
Pro176 sits within the street art movement, alongside artists such as Vhils, Invader, Shepard Fairey, JonOne, Kaws, Futura.
