AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Classical work from the 1970s by the famous Venetian artist Gustavo Boldrini (Venice 1927-Salsomaggiore 1988), an artist who participated in a couple of Venice Biennales and held numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad. A typical young artist who, in the post-war period, in his paintings represents the traumatic pains of war and the hope, albeit turbulent, of a new and better world in which to live. Oil and acrylic on canvas created in his Milan period in 1972, not so much in the subject but in the tone of colors, fairly unusual. Signed on the front and dated by the artist. The painting is in overall excellent condition and will be shipped with careful packaging to avoid damage to the canvas, without glass but with the frame as shown in the photo. Canvas 50x70 cm, plus frame about total 60x80 cm. Careful and speedy shipping. Work coming from my personal collection. The frame is to be considered as a gift. Authenticity on the back.
