Description from the seller
The painting is designed to be mounted on a frame of 100 × 100 cm. The canvas measures approximately 114 × 114 cm, which allows for proper tensioning and adjustment. It is painted to fit frames up to 3.7 cm thick, with the sides finished for this purpose, allowing display without a frame if desired.
The canvas is sold without a frame and will be carefully shipped rolled in a rigid cardboard tube, properly packed to guarantee safe delivery.
Colors may vary slightly in photographs due to lighting and screen settings.
Provenance: Directly from the artist
Condition: Excellent
Signature: Hand-signed
Certificate: Included
Lacalle's work explores the relationship between color, structure, and spatial perception through geometric abstraction.
Lacalle's work is part of contemporary abstract art at the intersection between expressive abstraction and compositional rigor.
This piece is especially suitable for collectors seeking a work with a strong visual presence in contemporary interiors.
About the artist:
Lacalle is a Spanish artist with a solid career and a coherent painterly evolution developed over more than a decade of training in the studio of painter and gallerist Nieves Solana (Madrid).
Her work lies on a transitional line between contemporary expressionism and geometric abstraction, with a clearly defined plastic identity where color acts as the structural axis of the composition.
She works on multiple supports (canvas, panel, paper) and techniques (oil, acrylic, mixed media), with special attention to textures, glazes, and color construction, adding depth and visual richness to each piece.
She has exhibited solo and group shows in various spaces in Madrid, Ibiza, and Portugal, and her work is currently in international private collections (Spain, France, United Kingdom, Portugal, the Philippines, Austria, and Switzerland).
The artist has been featured in press and specialist media such as El Mundo, Onda Cero, El punto de las artes, Digital Vanitatis, Hola magazine, etc.
