Mario Schifano, Impressione astratta, a 1996 limited edition serigraphy in 70 × 50 cm, hand-signed with a dry stamp, produced in Italy and in excellent condition, unframed and sold by owner or dealer.
Description from the seller
Mario Schifano - Abstract Impression
Materica Serigraphy with thirty color passes from 1996, published in Vol. IV Torcular dedicated to Mario Schifano, which collects the master's graphic works created between 1996 and 1997
The various color passes, layer upon layer, are quite evident; they create a textural materiality typical of the Maestro's works, unfortunately not very evident in the photos.
From life, these subjects are really beautiful, reward the eye and give the impression of facing true genius masterpieces as the artist was, unfortunately little understood and somewhat diminished by the critics of his time.
The work measures 70x50 cm and is sold unframed
Numbered bottom left, hand-signed by the artist and a blind stamp of Mario Schifano bottom right.
copy of the publication
Indicative numbering only, it may vary between Roman numerals, Arabic numerals, P.A. and/or H.C.
Tracked shipping made with express courier
Careful packaging.
