Title: Dita C-06 Nude photograph of now famous young glamour icon Dita Von Teese, in San Francisco, 2001, standing on the rope she had been bound with for "The Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage" book cover session (rope marks are visible on her legs & arms) Shot on 120mm Fuji color negative film, using a Hasselblad 500-CM manual camera.
Printed: 2026, by the photographer, from the scanned original 120mm negative, on heavy-weight Platine Rag fiber art paper. Signed verso in pencil, with photographer's hand-written notes in archival ink on studio label. Embossed artist's seal front lower border. This is #6 of the edition of 50. Includes COA. Mint condition, buyer is acquiring direct from the artist's archive.
Shipped unframed in sturdy reinforced packaging with archival acetate cover, from California via USPS First Class insured.
Morey is an award winning American photographer (b. 1952) known for his erotic studio nudes - a founding director of San Francisco Camerawork Gallery, a contract photographer for Penthouse International in the 80’s and 90’s, featured twice on Playboy TV, and author of 9 monographs of erotic and nude art photography.
