Description from the seller
Emilio Scanavino – Screenprint / Multipla on paper, signed and numbered
Graphic work attributed to Emilio Scanavino, characterized by the strong visual impact typical of his abstract and gestural research.
The composition presents an intense contrast between the deep black of the graphic intervention and the light background, framed by a bright red edge that amplifies the piece's dynamic tension. The intertwined, tactile mark immediately recalls the informal, gestural language that made Scanavino one of the protagonists of Italian art in the second half of the 20th century.
The work appears to be:
* signed in pencil at the bottom
* hand-numbered (“19/100” visible in the photographs)
* made on Heavy paper
The work preserves a very strong aesthetic presence and is particularly decorative, ideal both for collectors of contemporary Italian graphics and for modern, minimalist environments.
Conditions:
Good overall condition. Slight signs of aging and light paper waviness are visible in the photographs. It is advised to carefully view the images, which form an integral part of the description.
