Description from the seller
A stylish and cinematographic large scale vision of NY. The artwork depicts the classic architecture of NYC while exploring a sense of vertigo. Edition 9 of 20. Provenance from the artist studio.
The print is signed on a label on verso and has an embossed artist stamp on recto. The lot comes with a signed & dated Certificate of Authenticity from the artist studio. Due to the large size, the artwork will be shipped rolled and well protected in acid free materials and a super robust art tube (fully insured and tracked).
André Lichtenberg's large scale artworks explore the complex relationship between humans and the environment while reflecting back into his own childhood memories of architectonical drawings. His work has been exhibited in museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His artworks are represented in numerous international art collections including the prestigious Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY.
Note: Shippings to France already includes custom taxes, since the studio can now pay those in advance here in the UK.
