Photographer since 1977, he carries out assignments in: beauty, still life, on-set and backstage photography for live concerts and musical and theatrical events, editorial work for newspapers and magazines.
Since 1977, a backstage photographer
(for example, among others, for Teatro Stabile di Torino, Centro Jazz, Folk Club).
For the show business sector, covers for records, CDs and presentations of musical groups. From the 1980s begins the long collaboration with the magazines of the ESAV Estetica and Zeffiro group: fashion, beauty shoots. Author, for the Milan-based publishing house De Vecchi, of manuals and publications on photographic topics. Lecturer for Poliedra in the course The Conservation of Memory, literacy courses in photography at middle schools, Visual Communication and Perception for the Politecnico di Torino, photography course at the Faculty of Agriculture, digital photography at the Istituto Albe Steiner in Turin, Culture and Territory for the Enhancement of the Historical and Documentary Heritage of the Educational Institutions of the Piedmont Region within the Italia 150 celebrations. He collaborated, as SIAF-CNA representative, in drafting the professional code of ethics and of “Profession Photography” together with the other national associations of photographers AFIP, ANAF, GADEF. He participated with the Chamber of Commerce and consumer associations in the realization of a contract and a decalogue for a transparent relationship between photographers and the clients of the image market.
Recently he has exhibited in Turin’s Metro a traveling exhibition in collaboration with the Fondazione Ricerca Molinette and the Torino Jazz Festival.
