Here is an image of the original (acrylic on canvas) from 1994. In A WAR IN THE WATER, Rizzi dedicates himself to water polo, one of the most strenuous sports.
Beautiful print from the catalog RÊVES DE SPORT from 1996, created for the occasion of the 100th Olympic Games (James Rizzi was the official artist of the Olympic Games). Edition unknown. Catalog is out of print.
Very good condition of the print. Newly framed with a mount.

Rizzi was the 3D artist, his art is particularly popular in the USA, Switzerland, Germany and Japan. After the artist’s death, works have become increasingly scarce. He follows the great pop art artists such as Haring, Warhol and Lichtenstein. Similar art to Charles Fazzino.
