Makayhos - [Canvas] Charizard vs Blastoise – Elemental Clash

The work depicts a visual clash between Charizard and Blastoise, reinterpreted in a high-relief, tactile style as a scene carved into the wall. The composition is divided into two levels: in the upper part Charizard emerges from a fractured surface, while in the lower part Blastoise develops within carved, dynamic waves.
The canvas is two-dimensional (2D), completely frameless, but designed to generate a strong visual three-dimensional effect. The 3D illusion arises from the layering of planes: sky, the relief of the upper creature, waves in the foreground, and the lower figure. To the touch the surface remains flat, while to the eye it appears as an articulated artistic bas-relief on multiple levels.
