To achieve its remarkably rich, monumental profile, this exquisite single malt was quietly matured for four decades in the finest hand-selected Oloroso Sherry casks within Glenfarclas’ iconic dunnage warehouses. This specific release is beautifully presented in its official, heavy red wooden presentation box, custom-designed to replicate the iconic warehouse doors of the distillery.

Nose: Intense sherry sweetness, rich dark chocolate, antique leather, dried fruits (raisins, prunes), walnuts, and a beautiful background hint of old oak and heather honey.
Palate: Incredibly powerful, dense, and silky. Waves of rich fruitcake, espresso, dark cocoa, sweet dates, and warming winter spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) perfectly integrated over 40 long years.
