R.Robin - Geometría Habitada 007 (XL)

“Geometría Habitada” belongs to a series in which I explore the relationship between architecture, memory, and the emotional landscape. Houses appear as repeated fragments that build an intimate and symbolic territory, a space where geometry transforms into emotion and human presence. Each structure functions as a footprint of identity, a small refuge within a vivid and vibrant chromatic universe.

In this work I work with luminous contrasts, transparencies, and color overlays to create atmospheric depth rather than literal representation. The burning yellows, electric blues, and warm reds turn the landscape into a scene suspended between the real and the imagined. The trees and paths of light suggest movement and inner life, reinforcing the idea of a landscape inhabited from memory and emotional experience.

About R. Robin

Robinson Rodríguez García is a visual artist, set designer, and drawing professor, born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, and based in Spain. He graduated in 2003 from the Provincial Academy of Fine Arts and develops an artistic practice centered on painting and contemporary language, where abstraction, geometry, and a strong symbolic charge converge. Between 2003 and 2005 he taught drawing workshops at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech School of Art Instructors, and between 2006 and 2009 he worked as a costume and set designer for the Provincial Council of Performing Arts of Santa Clara, an experience that decisively influenced his spatial and formal conception within the visual arts.

His work has been presented in various solo exhibitions in Cuba, highlighting shows at the Provincial Gallery of Art and in institutional spaces in Santa Clara. He has also participated in important group exhibitions and international fairs, including Art Basel Miami, group exhibitions in France, and contemporary art events in the Americas and Europe. In 2017 he participated in art fairs in Mexico. His career is complemented by studies and international workshops related to scenic design and visual creation, consolidating a multidisciplinary artistic profile that dialogues between painting, space, and the contemporary symbolic experience.

About preparation and packaging:

The work is signed by the artist R. Robin and is accompanied by its corresponding certificate of authenticity, equally signed. The canvas will be shipped rolled and protected in a professional cardboard tube, ensuring its proper conservation during transport. The shipment will be made within a maximum of three business days from the purchase confirmation, and the delivery time will depend on the chosen courier company.
