Description from the seller
Orange on green — the sharpest contrast that exists in nature. The poppies do not form a neat field: they explode in the composition like sparks, dense at the center and scattered toward the edges, from the dark green of the earth to the pale lavender of the sky. It is a painting about the disordered abundance of summer, about that generosity of the natural world that asks for nothing in return.

Parfen D. is a contemporary artist who transforms painting into a poetic gesture, capable of revealing the intimate connection between human beings and nature. His work stands out for its ability to silently evoke universal emotions through a refined and minimalist visual poetry. He does not seek to depict nature realistically, but to suggest its essence: fragility, lightness, and a deep connection with our inner world. Each brushstroke is a meditative act, an invitation to slow down, to immerse oneself in a universe of vibrant silence. The colors, which often dominate his works, are not simply hues but true protagonists, charged with memory and meaning. His canvases do not impose a narrative, but offer spaces of contemplation where everyone can find their own story.
