This painting is part of my summer series called A Season to Begin Again - Inspired by the South African coastal landscape.
These paintings are about coming back to yourself. Like summer after a long season, it’s a reminder that your energy can shift, your mindset can reset, and you can start again - lighter, brighter, and more aligned.
Technique
Mixed media painting using acrylics and inks with gold leaf, built in layered applications to create depth, movement, and subtle tonal transitions.
Material: High-quality acrylics and inks with silver leaf on premium linen canvas.
