Elegant collectible pipe dating from the late 1800s, made of precious materials.\n\nMeerschaum bowl finely hand-carved, the coloration indicates moderate use with excellent preservation.\n\nCherry wood stem with a hinged cap in tested silver, assayed with a reagent, but not hallmarked.\n\nBone mouthpiece.\n\nEuropean provenance from the Austro-Hungarian or Balkan region.
