Brass shipyard nameplate from Firma Gebr. De Boer (Lemmer), dating to circa 1960–1980, 170 × 95 × 4 mm, 350 g, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and stains, originating in the Netherlands.
Description from the seller
A unique and original cast bronze/brass shipyard plaque from the legendary shipyard Firma Gebroeders de Boer in Lemmer.
The Gebr. de Boer were (and are) known as the absolute masters in the construction of the Lemsteraak.
This plaque is a beautiful piece of maritime history and was probably mounted on a ship built by them.
A rare item for the collector of maritime antiques or an indispensable component for restoring an original Lemsteraak from this yard.
Photos are part of the description. A photo with a pen added so that the size can be determined accurately.
The plaque is very carefully packed, sent by registered mail and insured with a track and trace code.
