Natalie Ulmann presents an original mixed‑media acrylic painting titled "Gold Tension" (2026) from Germany, an abstract work in gold and bronze tones on canvas, 100 × 120 cm stretched (4 cm deep) and 113 × 133 cm rolled for shipping, signed on the back with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
The work combines warm gold-, bronze-, and cool champagne-toned hues into a multilayered surface with a metallic effect. Through a specially developed technique, fine light reflections, matte transitions, and subtle textures emerge, becoming more or less visible depending on the perspective.
The untreated canvas remains intentionally visible in places, giving the work a natural lightness in the overall impression. Individual crackling and condensed layers appear discreetly, creating an exciting connection between raw materiality and modern elegance.
Despite the intense metallic effect, the composition feels calm, atmospheric, and timeless. The work lives on the interplay of tactile texture, reflective nuances, and a surface that recalls aged metal.
Dimensions when stretched: 100 cm x 120 cm x 4 cm
Rolled: 113 cm x 133 cm
Made on high-quality, heavy-weight canvas 380 g/m²
Due to size, to keep shipping affordable and for sustainability, the painting will be shipped rolled without a cradle frame in a sturdy cardboard shipping tube, securely and professionally packaged. Transport insurance and tracking number included.
The canvas can be easily re-stretched and framed by a professional if desired. Cradle frame is not included.
The artwork is signed on the back by me, and a certificate of authenticity is also included.
Photographs were taken under various light sources; slight color deviations may occur depending on monitor settings.
