Alessandro Gandolfi - Polynesia #3

The photograph comes from a 2011 project carried out in French Polynesia. In the image, a man with his canoe along a small river on the island of Huahine-Nui, in the Society Islands archipelago.

The image is signed on the back and measures 30 x 40 cm. It is printed in a limited edition (25 copies) on 270 g/m2 Canson Photosatin Premium RC paper and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Alessandro Gandolfi is an Italian professional photographer and journalist. Interested in telling the small and large changes of contemporary society, his reportage has appeared in publications around the world and has been exhibited in various international photography exhibitions and festivals. He has received international recognitions such as the Sony World Photography Award, the NPPA Best of Photojournalism, the POY - Pictures of the Year, and the PDN.
