Splendid work on fibered paper by master Giancarlo Cazzaniga, one of the protagonists of Milanese Existential Realism. The piece, titled "Melograni" (Pomegranates), represents one of the artist's cherished themes: nature explored through a vibrant gesture and a refined chromatic sensibility.
The contrast between the deep blue of the background and the sunny yellow of the foliage creates a dynamic and poetic composition, where the fruits (the pomegranates) emerge with a delicacy that is almost ethereal.
