The series “Per Aspera ad Astra” represents one of the most appreciated historic lines of the Italian craftsmanship Ser Jacopo, founded in Pesaro by Giancarlo Guidi in the 1980s.
The Latin motto Per Aspera ad Astra ("through hardships to the stars") identifies a mid-to-high end artisanal production, completely handmade, with particular attention to the choice of briar and to the balance of classic English forms reinterpreted in Italian style.
The displayed specimen features an elegant lightly inclined billiard shape, with very harmonious proportions, and a natural smooth finish that highlights a beautiful vertical grain of the briar.
The L1 classification indicates a superior quality level in briar selection and workmanship.
