Walter Dusatti was an Italian painter active in the second half of the twentieth century, known for his figurative production tied to the landscapes and atmospheres of Friuli Venezia Giulia. A graduate of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, during his career he took part in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad, gaining particular appreciation in Austria, Germany and Poland.
His painting is characterized by a realistic yet poetic style, with rural landscapes, snow-covered views, country paths and still lifes rendered through subdued tones and a delicate light, able to convey calm and nostalgia.
His works are present on the European art market and are regularly offered at auctions and in collections dedicated to Italian painting of the twentieth century.
