AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

This unique sculpture explores the tension between instability and control.
A sequence of geometric steel forms appears to move against gravity, creating a composition that feels both fragile and powerful at the same time. The structure seems suspended in a moment between balance and collapse.
The title NO drama introduces an intentional contradiction.
Despite the visual tension and dynamic movement, the work reflects the modern tendency to conceal chaos beneath a calm surface. It becomes a silent commentary on emotional control, pressure and adaptation in contemporary life.

Beneath its geometric tension, NO Drama questions a deeply human habit: the tendency to transform uncertainty into anxiety and difficulty into catastrophe. The work suggests that reality itself is often quieter than the narratives we construct around it. Standing before the sculpture, the viewer is invited to ask: is the situation truly dramatic, or have we become attached to the drama of interpreting it? The precarious balance of the structure mirrors the fragile balance of the mind, where fear, expectation, and imagination frequently outweigh the facts themselves. In this way, NO Drama becomes less a statement and more a philosophical inquiry into perception, control, and the freedom that emerges when we stop exaggerating the weight of every moment.

This sculpture marks a new direction in my artistic practice, where Brutalist aesthetics meet the expressive energy of Pop Art.

Raw industrial material, visible welds and geometric repetition are combined with a bold contemporary presence, transforming steel into an emotional and architectural statement.

Each sculpture is entirely handmade and individually assembled.
Every element and detail has been manually processed and finished by hand.

My work focuses on the creation of unique pieces situated between sculpture and functional object, exploring materiality, structure, and durability. I create sculptural furniture and sculptures in iron and concrete, combining function and sculptural presence with a strong Brutalist influence.

Through geometry, repetition, and visual balance, my works explore the relationship between weight, space, and structural tension.

Seller's Story

Wallavibe – D.B is an independent sculptural workshop where brutalism, geometry, and industrial memory are transformed into contemporary functional art. I grew up in an environment where concrete walls were thicker than words, and objects were created not for beauty, but for durability. The images of my childhood — grey housing blocks, massive furniture, rough surfaces, iron, wood, and concrete — left a deep mark on the way I think and create. It was a world where form always followed function, and aesthetics emerged from necessity rather than excess. These memories and experiences became the foundation of my work. The brutalist tables and sculptures I create today are both a direct response to that past and a dialogue with the present. I am inspired by monumentality, weight, exposed structure, and honest materials. I do not try to hide or soften them; instead, I allow them to speak for themselves. My works are an act of resistance against fast consumption. They are not created for temporary trends or seasonal tastes, but for permanence. These are objects that demand presence, time, and a relationship with the person who lives with them. They are made not to be replaced, but to remain — to age together with the space and the individual. Each piece exists at the boundary between furniture and sculpture, between function and silence. They are solid objects — sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes provocative — inviting the viewer to pause and feel the weight, texture, and history of the material. My work explores the relationship between memory, matter, and permanence in an increasingly accelerated world.
