AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Light sculpture realized through an organic intertwining of tangled iron wire, traversed by 120 LED light points that animate its inner structure. On the metallic weave, hemp fiber paper pulp was cast, which, during the drying and oxidation process, generated an irregular and vibrant surface, rich in material stratifications and transparencies.

The light, filtering between solid and voids, constructs a mutable pattern of shadows and reflections, transforming the sculpture into a living and atmospheric presence. Irregular inserts of gold leaf further amplify the luminous perception, creating precious glints that emerge from the raw matter.

The project arises from the encounter between two elements apparently antithetical: iron — cold, rigid and structural — and paper — soft, warm and fragile. From their fusion, a new expressive material takes shape, organic and metamorphic, in which the hardness of metal is progressively softened by the presence of fiber, while the paper gains strength and plastic tension.

The structure is self-supporting and is designed for wall installation. The LED lighting is powered via USB output, allowing versatile placement in both domestic and exhibition spaces. It is shipped in rigid packaging and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
