Pietro Consagra (1920 - 2005) is a renowned Italian sculptor and founder of the Forma 1 group.
The work recalls his "frontal" sculptures, presents a strong chromatic contrast with a central light form on a dark pink, almost red background, typical of the artist's chromatic research. This is a silkscreen from Edizioni Soldano, exemplar 42/100, coherent with the artist's graphic and painting productions.
The edition number is at the bottom left, next to the publisher's blind stamp, while the signature is at the bottom right.
The sheet is well preserved and has no significant creases, only small signs of time, as shown in the photos. It has never been framed, the back is perfect with no signs of glue.
