 It is sold as not working. Specifically I have tried to perform a diagnostic: the power supply works, the fuses are intact but it seems there is a power interruption somewhere.

Si vende come non funzionante. Nello specifico ho provato a fare una diagnostica:  l'alimentatore funziona, i fusibili sono integri ma sembra che ci sia una interruzione di corrente da qualche parte.
